Principal Advisor / Accountant

Jess has spent his career helping businesses streamline financial operations and build better financial systems. With experience across petroleum distribution, homebuilding, media technology, industrial construction, and as an outsourced controller for various clients, he has seen firsthand how the right financial infrastructure can support growth and efficiency.

Many businesses rely on rigid, one-size-fits-all accounting solutions that don’t always align with their needs. Jess started Orderly Company to take a different approach—one that prioritizes automation, efficiency, and financial clarity. His goal is to help businesses implement organized, structured financial systems so that owners and accountants have clean records, faster closes, and real-time insights for better decision-making.

A licensed CPA since 2018, Jess specializes in financial organization, process improvement, and system implementation. He doesn’t do tax work (though he knows great people who do) but focuses on ensuring that businesses have accurate, accessible financials that support growth, forecasting, and long-term success.

Brandon is fluent in over five programming languages, but he still types cd .. three times before getting where he needs to be. He believes automation should make life easier, not more complicated, which is why he helps keep Orderly Company’s systems running smoothly.

When he’s not deep in debugging or optimizing workflows, he’s probably explaining why some obscure Linux distro is objectively better than whatever you're using. Or making sure Jess hasn’t broken anything.
